Inside CrossFit Waitakere.
36 Bruce McLaren Rd, Henderson, Auckland 0612.
Sports Physio (NZ) Ltd is now located in the awesome CrossFit Waitakere Gym.
We have made the move out West after years of commuting to Central Auckland for a number of reasons:
Avoiding Traffic and the associated issues of wasted time, stress, increasing congestion and climate change!
And the opportunity to relocate to an excellent gym with beautiful light-filled treatment room and studio, along with the chance to work alongside fantastic colleagues.

We use longer treatment times (30-60 minutes depending on your needs) and never leave you with a heat pack or machine for company.
With a holistic approach, your injury, life, work and sporting needs are taken into account to set achievable goals.
We recognise that you are a whole person Mind Body and Spirit.
Your “injury” will definitely be addressed, but don’t be surprised if you have a full assessment to pick up on any issues with Posture, Muscle Imbalance, Strength, Flexibility, Motor Control and Coordination, Balance, Other Injuries or other health concerns.
All of these can impact on your current injury- either causing it, being caused by it, preventing your recovery, affecting your return to life or play, and even predisposing you to further injury.
